VRF – Toshiba or Carrier/Bryant Install & Startup: We will discuss the product line features and specifications. We will review installation procedures, best practices, testing, and startup. We will load and review the STT software – you will need a computer with Windows – no Macs or Chromebooks.

VRF – Toshiba or Carrier/Bryant Service: We will discuss the troubleshooting process and train in depth on the servicing software. We will also offer hands-on training with your meter. This will be a hands-on class with live scenarios for technicians to resolve. Please bring a laptop with Windows 10 or newer (no Macs or Chromebooks.) and an HVAC multi-meter. (with needle point leads if you have them. )

Bring your field laptop (Windows 10 or better – no Macs or Chromebooks.) for a free download of STT to be able to service Carrier/Bryant equipment.
